– MARITAL/PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS –

With numerous sensitive issues to be decided in a divorce, including the division of property, spousal support and alimony pendente lite (APL)/spousal support, child custody, and child support, the process often is quicker and less costly if both spouses can amicably resolve all or most of these issues. If the couple can come to some mutual arrangement, a marital/property settlement agreement can be drafted memorializing the agreed upon terms in writing. As experienced family law attorneys, Molavoque Law is committed to providing you compassionate advice and powerful advocacy for creative solutions to ensure you achieve a comprehensive, mutual agreement consistent with your best interests and goals. The marital/property settlement agreement is then filed with the court as part of the divorce proceeding.

There are times, however, where not all of the divorce issues can be resolved outside of court and court intervention or litigation is needed. Having an extensive litigation background, Molavoque Law will actively listen to and assertively represent you to help resolve these issues in court or settle outside of court. If you are seeking a marital/property settlement agreement, contact Kristin A. Molavoque, Esquire to ensure it is comprehensive and that your legal interests are protected.
